A holistic approach to change

Therapy or Coaching? Many people feel unsure which approach they need.

Traditionally, therapy and coaching are treated as separate approaches. One focused on resolving the past, the other on achieving forward-driven goal.  I don’t see them as an either–or.

In my work, I integrate therapeutic and coaching approaches. Therapeutic work is used to heal the past, while coaching supports you in moving forward with clarity and confidence. By integrating both, change is healed at the root and translated into clear, sustainable progress towards meaningful goals.

Structured Work Designed for Root-Level, Lasting Change

“How many sessions will I need?”

 This is a common question and a natural one.

Rather than working session by session, my work follows a systematic, proven structure designed to create change at the root, not just temporary relief.

The work moves through three clear stages: I begin by understanding your personal history and patterns, identifying the root causes of what keeps you stuck. From there, I work at the unconscious level to release emotional blocks and reshape limiting beliefs. Change is then consciously integrated, so it translates into how you live, respond, and move forward in daily life.

Focused, High-Commitment Work

This work is not designed to be done in fragmented or occasional sessions. Change happens most effectively when there is momentum and commitment, which is why I work closely with clients over a focused, intensive period, typically within 2 months or less to create results as efficiently as possible.

Clients are not paying for sessions alone, but for a supported period of change. Beyond the session itself, I provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure learnings are integrated and progress is maintained in real life.

Meet Maxine

I’m Maxine, the founder of Flowth Space. I began my career in training and HR, working closely with people in professional settings. Over time, as I listened to their stories and supported them through growth and development, I realised something — many challenges were not about skills, performance, or capability.

They were emotional. People know what they should do, yet still feeling held back by unresolved emotional patterns and limiting beliefs operating beneath awareness.

In 2020, I began working more deeply with individuals to help remove these inner blocks. I believe people are far more capable than they are, when the right inner shifts happen, change becomes sustainable and aligned, and people can move forward feeling more like themselves again.
